Deliveries cost £10. The charges will be added during the payment stage, or you can select a collection option, from our site on Alma Road in Clifton which is free.
If you are ordering a stand to go with your tree select the collection option, so you don't incur additional delivery charges (we will still deliver it when we deliver your tree).
We aim to deliver your tree within 72 hours of receiving your order. Within 24 hours we will notify you of your 4 hour delivery window by email and text.
If you would like your tree to arrive on a specific day please put this in the notes on your order.
Deliveries will usually take place Monday to Friday.
